Refund / Cancellation Policy and Procedures
Because we incur a number of non-refundable expenses such as insurance, gym rental, referees, staff salaries, scorekeepers, timers, postage, etc. we cannot offer refunds except as follows:
1.) For cancellations before September 14 , 2009 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less an administration fee of $15 per camper.
2.) For cancellations from September 14 to September 20, 2009 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less $30 per camper.
3.) For cancellations after September 20 to September 27, 2009 there will be no refund given for any reason.
