Registration form for this summer camp will be accepted now through September 26, 2011.
To register complete the Online or the Mail In process.
Fill in form below and submit your registration online by clicking the 'Submit Payment Online' button.
Then click the 'Pay w Credit Card' button to make a secure online payment for camp.
(Please enter the registrant's name in the 'Company' box of the Payment form)
Refund / Cancellation Policy and Procedures
Because we incur a number of non-refundable expenses such as insurance, gym rental, referees, staff salaries, scorekeepers, timers, postage, etc. we cannot offer refunds except as follows:
1.) For cancellations before September 11, 2011 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less an administration fee of $15 per camper.
2.) For cancellations from September 11, 2011 to September 25, 2011 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less $30 per camper.
3.) For cancellations after September 26 to October 2, 2011 there will be no refund given for any reason.
