Refund / Cancellation Policy and Procedures (To Be Updated)
Because we incur a number of non-refundable expenses such as insurance, gym rental, referees, staff salaries, scorekeepers, timers,
postage, etc. we cannot offer refunds except as follows:
1.) For cancellations before September 19th, 2008, we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less an administration fee of $15 per camper.
2.) For cancellations from September 19th, 2008 to September 25th, 2008 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less $30 per camper.
3.) For cancellations after September 25th, 2008 to September 28th, 2008 there will be no refund given for any reason.
