 1.) Fill in this form and submit your registration online by clicking the 'Submit Online' button.

Then use the 'Pay w Credit Card' button to make your secure payment online for camp.

Enter the team name under the Company portion of the Payment form.

2.)Or,fill in this form and print your registration using the 'Print Form' button

 and mail with your payment to the address listed below.

Refund / Cancellation Policy and Procedures

Because we incur a number of non-refundable expenses such as insurance, gym rental, referees, staff salaries, scorekeepers, timers, postage, etc. we cannot offer refunds except as follows:

1.) For cancellations before April 2010 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less an administration fee of $15 per camper.

2.) For cancellations from April to April, 2010 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less $30 per camper.

3.) For cancellations after April to April, 2010 there will be no refund given for any reason.
