Refund / Cancellation Policy and Procedures

Because we incur a number of non-refundable expenses such as insurance, gym rental, referees, staff salaries, scorekeepers, timers, postage, etc. we cannot offer refunds except as follows:

1.) For cancellations before April 4, 2010 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less an administration fee of $15 per camper.

2.) For cancellations from April 5th to April 11th, 2010 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less $30 per camper.

3.) For cancellations after April 12th to April 18th, 2010 there will be no refund given for any reason.

Registration form for this spring camp will be accepted now through April 14, 2010.

1.) Fill in this form and submit your registration online by clicking the 'Submit Online' button.

Then click the 'Pay w Credit Card' button to make a secure online payment for camp.

Enter the individual's name under the Company portion of the Payment form.
