Because we incur a number of non-refundable expenses such as insurance, gym rental, referees, staff salaries, scorekeepers, timers, postage, etc. we cannot offer refunds except as follows:
1.) For cancellations before September 11, 2011 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less an administration fee of $15 per camper.
2.) For cancellations from September 11, 2011 to September 25, 2011 we will refund all monies specifically paid for camp less $30 per camper.
3.) For cancellations after September 26 to October 2, 2011 there will be no refund given for any reason.
Registration form for this fall camp will be accepted now through September 26, 2011.

Then click the 'Pay w Credit Card' button to make a secure online payment for camp
(Please enter the team's name in the 'Company' box of the Payment form)
Fill in form and print your registration using the 'Print Form ' button.
Then mail your printed form along with your payment to the address listed below.
